Liliane Soares

Maître Liliane Soares, of Franco-Brazilian nationality, is a lawyer registered with the Paris and Rio de Janeiro Bars. She began her legal journey in 2002 in Rio de Janeiro, where she acquired varied and enriching experience.
Her professional background demonstrates extensive expertise, having worked in a renowned law firm in Rio de Janeiro, as well as as a Legal Advisor in the Brazilian federal public administration. In France, she has distinguished herself in the fields of contracts, public procurement and international mobility.
Academically, Ms. Soares holds a law degree from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro. She holds post-graduate degrees in Civil and Business Law from the Higher School of Lawyers (OAB/RJ), as well as in Labor Law from the Cândido Mendes-RJ University. She also holds a Master's degree in Public Law from the University of Franche-Comté (with honors).
Active within various legal organizations, she is a member of the Legal Commission of the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in France (COMJUR-CCBF, Paris), of the Brazilian Association of Lawyers (ABA), of the Brazilian Institute of Law Foreign and Comparative, from LACLIMA (Latin American Climate Lawyers Initiative for Mobilizing Action) and the International Center for Comparative Environmental Law in Limoges, France.
Speaker in the field of establishing small and medium-sized businesses in order to support Brazilian entrepreneurs in their efforts to internationalize their business in France in an optimal way.
Maître Soares volunteers his time in associations in Brazil and France, particularly those dedicated to the protection of women and people with disabilities. His dedication to social justice and humanitarian lawyering, focusing his attention on these two causes, guides his daily professional practice.

Ludimila Poirier is a lawyer in Brazil and Portugal, founder of the Franco-Portuguese law firm Souza Poirier.
She obtained her master's degree in Legal and Forensic Sciences in February 2020, and she started her doctorate in Legal and Civil Sciences in 2020/2021, both at the University of Coimbra.
In 2021, she carried out research at the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas Paris II, more precisely at the Laboratoire Droit Civil, under the supervision and direction of Mr. Laurent LEVENEUR.
She has published various articles and as part of her professional activities, she has given three courses at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and participated in two debates organized by the Section for the Defense of Human Rights of the Academic Association of Coimbra (SDDH/AAC).
